CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be initiated withinc48 hours of receiving the order.
  • All refunds, if accepted, will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original transaction method.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • There are two failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
  • The package is refused by the recipient.
  • Products sold during a discount period are not eligible for a refund or return.

All conditions mentioned above are subject to applicable laws. RCasa shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or use, arising from the use or performance of the product. These terms do not affect customers' statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.

RCasa Shipping Policy
At RCasa, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Charges

    • Orders under 999
      • Shipping fee of Rs. 50 rs will apply to both prepaid and COD orders
  • Orders above 999
    • if order is prepaid, customer unlocks free shipping
    • ⁠if order is COD, then Rs. 30 COD fee will apply

Shipping Process

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Time & Tracking

  • Delivery time varies based on location.
  • A tracking link will be provided upon dispatch to monitor delivery status.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt multiple deliveries. If unsuccessful, a notification will be left, and the recipient may need to reschedule or collect the package from the courier facility.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Fee Coverage: Charges include packaging, handling, and shipping costs.
  • COD Shipping Fee: For COD orders above Rs. 999/-, a flat fee of Rs. 30/- will apply. For COD orders below Rs. 999/-, a flat fee of Rs. 50/- will apply.
  • Shipping Address Changes: Ensure accuracy before placing an order. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
