Returns & Exchanges Policy
At RCasa, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. Our return and exchange policy is designed to address issues related to incorrect handling during deliveries or genuine quality/manufacturing defects.
General Guidelines

To initiate a return, exchange, or report a damaged product, please contact our Customer Care team. Return within 48 hrs of delivery via:

Our Customer Care team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours.
Product Inspection
- Carefully inspect the product upon delivery.
- Report any package tampering, missing items, or damages to our customer care team with a supporting video or a photograph.
Handling Damaged Products
- We accept returns on all products if damaged during transit. In that case, retain the original packaging of the damaged product and inform our customer service team within 48hrs of delivery, no return requests would be accepted post that.
- Our Customer Care team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Eligible Products
- We accept returns/replacements for Cutlery, Cushion Covers, Cushion Fillers, Bedspreads, Sheets, Throw Blankets, and Placemats.
- Requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.
- Due to the fragile nature of our products and complexities of reverse logistics, we do not accept returns or replacements for other product categories.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns would be credited in your RCasa wallet.
Return Conditions
- For the return to be accepted, Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all tags, warranty cards, and attachments intact.
- A reverse logistics fee of INR 150 will be applicable.
- Returned items will undergo a quality check. If they do not meet the return criteria, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
- PLEASE NOTE: No returns will be accepted if purchased on a discount.
- PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will be processed only AFTER we receive the original product back and after undergoing a thorough inspection.
